About TYMEFLY
TYMEFLY is a future memory and digital time capsule application developed by AN2APP. Registered users can create Future Memories using photos, videos, voice recordings, and messages and schedule them for future delivery to trusted recipients/contacts.
Users may add trusted contacts and optionally provide an email address and/or phone number for those contacts.
SMS Opt-In Process
SMS messaging is optional.
When a registered TYMEFLY user adds a trusted contact and enters a phone number, SMS Notifications are OFF by default.
To enable SMS notifications, the registered user must turn on the Allow SMS Notifications option and confirm that the trusted contact has agreed to receive transactional SMS messages from TYMEFLY at the phone number provided.
The consent notice states that:

Messages are used for TYMEFLY Future Memory notifications.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
The recipient may reply STOP to opt out.
The recipient may reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in.
The recipient may reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to add a trusted contact or otherwise use TYMEFLY.
Users may also edit a trusted contact at any time and turn SMS Notifications OFF.
TYMEFLY does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.
1. TYMEFLY SMS Messaging Policy
TYMEFLY uses SMS for transactional notifications associated with Future Memories.
A registered user may add a trusted contact and optionally provide that contact's phone number.
SMS notifications are not automatically enabled when a phone number is entered. The registered user must separately enable Allow SMS Notifications and confirm that the trusted contact has agreed to receive transactional SMS messages from TYMEFLY.
When SMS Notifications are enabled and a scheduled Future Memory is released, TYMEFLY may send a transactional SMS notification to that trusted contact.

TYMEFLY does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

2. Privacy — SMS Communications
TYMEFLY uses phone numbers only for transactional communications related to TYMEFLY Future Memories when SMS Notifications have been expressly enabled.
Phone numbers are not used to send marketing or promotional SMS messages and are not enrolled in marketing campaigns.
SMS consent is optional and separate from adding a trusted contact.
A user may disable SMS Notifications for a trusted contact from within the TYMEFLY app.
Recipients may also opt out by replying STOP.
Recipients may opt back in by replying START or UNSTOP.

3. Terms of Service — SMS Terms

4. AI Features and OpenAI
TYMEFLY includes optional AI-powered features. TYMEFLY uses OpenAI as a third-party AI service to process information needed to provide these features.
Before information is sent to OpenAI for AI processing, TYMEFLY displays an AI Data Sharing notice and asks the user for permission. If the user does not select “Allow,” the information is not submitted to OpenAI for AI processing.
Depending on the AI feature selected, information sent for processing may include text entered by the user, speech converted to text, memory descriptions, and text or metadata from memory items selected for an AI summary.
TYMEFLY does not send trusted contacts' phone numbers or email addresses to OpenAI as part of these AI features.
AI features are optional. Users who do not consent to AI data sharing may continue using TYMEFLY's non-AI features.
Users may change their AI Data Sharing preference from the Profile screen. Turning AI Data Sharing off prevents new AI requests from being initiated through the app.
