Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Doneatly, a software platform provided by AN2App (“AN2App,” “Doneatly,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Doneatly mobile application, web application, website, artificial intelligence features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Doneatly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
1. Doneatly Services
Doneatly provides productivity, automation, organizational, artificial intelligence, and related digital tools designed to help users manage tasks, workflows, information, and other activities supported by the platform.
Features may vary depending on your subscription plan, device, geographic location, or availability of third-party services.
We may add, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as Doneatly develops.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Doneatly.
By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of Doneatly complies with applicable laws and regulations.
If you use Doneatly on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts
Certain Doneatly features require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep that information reasonably current.
You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Subscription Plans
Doneatly may offer free and paid subscription plans, including plans such as:
Starter
Professional
Business
AI Workforce
The features, limits, and pricing associated with each plan are displayed within Doneatly or on the applicable purchase or checkout page.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue plans and features. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented when the change occurs.
5. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Paid Doneatly subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another billing period disclosed at purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
6. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe, or through an applicable mobile application marketplace.
AN2App does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information when payment information is handled directly by a third-party payment processor.
Your payment may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a Doneatly subscription through the method made available for the subscription you purchased.
Cancellation generally prevents the subscription from renewing for another billing period. Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated at purchase, you may continue using paid features through the end of the billing period for which payment has already been made.
Deleting the Doneatly application from a device does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
8. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable service period has begun.
If a subscription was purchased through an application marketplace, refund requests may be subject to that marketplace's refund policies.

9. Artificial Intelligence Features
Doneatly may provide features powered by artificial intelligence (“AI”).
AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. AI output should therefore be reviewed before you rely on it or use it to make important decisions.
Doneatly's AI functionality is intended to assist users and does not replace professional judgment.
You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content before acting upon it.
Doneatly does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be accurate, unique, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose.
10. AI Workforce
Certain subscription plans may provide enhanced AI or automated workforce functionality.
AI Workforce features may perform or assist with tasks based on instructions, information, permissions, and integrations provided by the user.
You remain responsible for reviewing significant actions and ensuring that automated activities are appropriate for your circumstances.
AN2App does not guarantee that an automated task will always execute successfully or produce the result expected by the user.
11. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Doneatly may interact with or provide links to third-party platforms, websites, APIs, payment processors, communication systems, or other external services.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements between you and those providers.
AN2App is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, performance, policies, or actions of independent third-party services.
Changes made by a third-party provider may affect Doneatly integrations without notice.
12. User Content
You may be able to enter, upload, create, transmit, or store information through Doneatly (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant AN2App the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise handle User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide content to Doneatly.
13. Acceptable Use
You may not use Doneatly to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or deceptive activities.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Doneatly, interfere with the operation or security of the Services, distribute malicious software through the Services, misuse another person's account, or use Doneatly in a manner that violates another person's rights.
You also may not attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions, security controls, usage limitations, or access controls.
14. Intellectual Property
Doneatly and its software, branding, designs, interfaces, logos, features, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by AN2App or its applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Doneatly for its intended purposes.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Doneatly or AN2App intellectual property to you.
15. Privacy
Your use of Doneatly is also subject to the Doneatly Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, shared, and protected in connection with Doneatly.
Where required, Doneatly may request additional consent before particular information or AI functionality is used.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Doneatly when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, AN2App, or third parties, including in response to violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
You may stop using Doneatly at any time.
Where account-deletion functionality is provided, you may request deletion in accordance with the procedures presented in Doneatly and the Doneatly Privacy Policy.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
17. Service Availability
We work to maintain reliable access to Doneatly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, internet or cloud-service interruptions, third-party failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
18. No Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Doneatly does not provide legal, medical, accounting, tax, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Information or AI-generated material provided through Doneatly should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doneatly and the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
AN2App does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose.
We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated information or information obtained from third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AN2App and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use Doneatly.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AN2App from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of Doneatly, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Doneatly and its Services evolve.
When appropriate, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of Doneatly after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
24. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Doneatly Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for particular features or purchases, constitute the agreement between you and AN2App regarding your use of Doneatly.
