These Terms of Service and Privacy Notice ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Doneatly, a software platform provided by AN2App ("AN2App," "Doneatly," "we," "us," or "our"), including the Doneatly mobile application, web application, website, artificial intelligence features, AI Workforce features, connected services, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, connecting a third-party service, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using Doneatly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.
1. Doneatly Services
Doneatly provides productivity, automation, organizational, artificial intelligence, communication, scheduling, and related digital tools designed to help users manage tasks, workflows, information, email, calendars, and other activities supported by the platform.
Features may vary depending on your subscription plan, device, geographic location, availability of third-party services, and permissions granted by you.
We may add, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as Doneatly develops.
2. Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that your use of Doneatly complies with applicable laws and regulations.
If you use Doneatly on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Accounts
Certain Doneatly features require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep that information reasonably current.
You should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Subscription Plans
Doneatly may offer free and paid subscription plans, including plans such as:
Starter
Professional
Business
AI Workforce
The features, usage limits, AI credits, connected-service capabilities, and pricing associated with each plan may be displayed within Doneatly or on the applicable purchase or checkout page.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue plans and features. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms presented when the change occurs.
5. Billing and Automatic Renewal
Paid Doneatly subscriptions may be billed monthly, annually, or according to another billing period disclosed at purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
6. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe, or through an applicable mobile application marketplace.
AN2App does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information when payment information is handled directly by a third-party payment processor.
Your payment may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel a Doneatly subscription through the method made available for the subscription you purchased.
Cancellation generally prevents the subscription from renewing for another billing period.
Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated at purchase, you may continue using paid features through the end of the billing period for which payment has already been made.
Deleting Doneatly from a device does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
8. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, subscription payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable service period has begun.
If a subscription was purchased through an application marketplace, refund requests may be subject to that marketplace's refund policies.

9. Artificial Intelligence Features
Doneatly may provide features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI").
AI-generated information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. AI output should be reviewed before you rely upon it or use it to make important decisions.
Doneatly's AI functionality is intended to assist users and does not replace professional judgment.
You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated content before acting upon it.
Doneatly does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be accurate, unique, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose.
10. AI Workforce
Certain subscription plans may provide enhanced AI Workforce or automated-assistant functionality.
AI Workforce features may perform or assist with tasks based on instructions, information, permissions, integrations, and connected services provided or authorized by the user.
These tasks may include supported activities involving email, calendars, scheduling, organization, information retrieval, drafting, summaries, workflows, and other productivity functions.
You remain responsible for reviewing significant actions and ensuring automated activities are appropriate for your circumstances.
AN2App does not guarantee that an automated task will always execute successfully or produce the result expected by the user.
11. Connected Services and Third-Party Integrations
Doneatly may allow users to connect third-party services such as:
Google Gmail and Google services
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft services
Yahoo Mail
Google Calendar
Microsoft Calendar
Additional supported providers may be introduced over time.
Doneatly may interact with third-party websites, APIs, authentication systems, communication systems, cloud services, payment processors, or other external services.
Connecting a service does not transfer ownership of your third-party account to AN2App.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by agreements and privacy policies between you and those providers.
Changes made by a third-party provider may affect Doneatly integrations or cause features to become temporarily or permanently unavailable.
12. Authorization of Connected Accounts
Doneatly accesses a supported connected account only after the user authorizes the connection using the applicable provider's authentication or authorization process.
Depending on the provider and feature, authorization may use technologies such as OAuth.
Doneatly will seek to access only permissions necessary to provide supported functionality authorized by the user.
A user may disconnect a supported service through functionality made available by Doneatly and may also be able to revoke Doneatly's authorization directly through the third-party provider.
Revoking or disconnecting authorization may cause connected features to stop functioning.
13. Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Yahoo Mail
When supported and authorized by the user, Doneatly may interact with Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Mail, and other supported email providers.
Depending on the functionality requested by the user and permissions granted by the email provider, Doneatly may:
retrieve email messages;
display recent or requested messages;
search for relevant messages;
identify senders, recipients, subjects, dates, and conversation information;
summarize email content;
prepare email drafts;
prepare replies to existing messages;
preserve conversation or thread information when supported;
send an email after required user authorization or approval; and
perform other supported email-management functions requested or enabled by the user.
Availability varies by provider. A feature available for Gmail, for example, may not necessarily be available for Microsoft Outlook or Yahoo Mail at the same time.
14. Email Data We Process
When necessary to perform an authorized email-related function, Doneatly may process information including:
sender and recipient names;
email addresses;
subject lines;
message content;
message dates and timestamps;
message identifiers;
conversation or thread identifiers;
mailbox information;
attachment-related metadata where applicable; and
other information reasonably necessary to perform the requested feature.
Doneatly does not access connected email accounts for unrelated advertising or audience-building purposes.
The amount of email data processed may depend on the specific function requested or enabled by the user.
15. Email Drafting and User Approval
Doneatly may use AI to assist users in preparing email drafts and replies.
When a Doneatly email workflow requires approval, the generated draft will be presented to the authenticated user for review and, where supported, editing before sending.
The message will not be sent through such an approval-controlled workflow until the required user approval is provided.
Doneatly may maintain information necessary to associate an approval with the specific pending email action and connected account.
Users remain responsible for reviewing recipients, subject lines, message content, attachments, and other relevant information before approving a message.
16. Yahoo Mail
Yahoo Mail functionality is subject to Yahoo authorization, applicable Yahoo developer requirements, user authorization, and the permissions made available to Doneatly.
Where Yahoo Mail functionality is available, Doneatly may access Yahoo Mail information only after the user authorizes the applicable Yahoo account and only for supported user-facing functionality.
Yahoo Mail data may be processed to provide functions requested or enabled by the user, including retrieving or locating messages, displaying email information, summarizing content, and preparing replies.
AN2App does not sell Yahoo Mail data.
AN2App does not use Yahoo Mail data to create advertising or user-targeting segments, behavioral advertising profiles, or unrelated email-engagement tracking.
Yahoo Mail content obtained through restricted Yahoo Mail access will not be used by AN2App to train generalized AI models or for purposes unrelated to providing the user-requested Doneatly functionality.
17. Google Gmail
Where Gmail functionality is available, Doneatly may access Gmail information only after the user authorizes the applicable Google account and grants the applicable permissions.
Gmail data may be processed only as reasonably necessary to provide supported Doneatly functionality requested or enabled by the user.
AN2App does not sell Gmail message content or use Gmail content to create advertising audiences or behavioral advertising profiles.
Use of information received from Google APIs will be subject to applicable Google API policies and requirements.
Users may revoke Doneatly's Google authorization through supported Doneatly functionality or applicable Google account controls.
18. Microsoft Outlook
Where Microsoft Outlook functionality is available, Doneatly may access Outlook information only after the user authorizes the applicable Microsoft account and grants the applicable permissions.
Outlook data may be processed only as reasonably necessary to provide supported Doneatly functionality requested or enabled by the user.
AN2App does not sell Outlook email content or use Outlook email content to create advertising audiences or behavioral advertising profiles.
Users may revoke Doneatly's Microsoft authorization through supported Doneatly functionality or applicable Microsoft account controls.
19. AI Processing of Connected Email
When a user explicitly requests an AI-assisted email function, such as summarizing a message or preparing a reply, information reasonably necessary to fulfill that request may be processed by Doneatly and service providers acting on AN2App's behalf.
Doneatly seeks to limit such processing to information reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Connected email content is not used by AN2App to create advertising profiles or user-targeting segments.
AN2App does not sell connected email content.
20. Service Providers and Data Sharing
AN2App does not sell connected email data or disclose it to unrelated third parties for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers acting on behalf of AN2App where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or provide Doneatly.
These services may include cloud infrastructure, authentication, artificial intelligence processing, communications, payment processing, monitoring, and security services.
When a user requests an AI-assisted function, the minimum information reasonably necessary to fulfill that request may be processed by an AI service provider supporting that functionality.
Service providers may process information only as permitted by applicable agreements, policies, and law.
21. Data Use and Advertising
AN2App does not use connected Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, or Yahoo Mail content to create advertising audiences or user-targeting segments.
Connected email content is not sold by AN2App.
Doneatly may charge subscription or usage fees for its software and AI functionality. Charging for Doneatly's functionality does not mean AN2App sells a user's connected email content.
22. Data Retention and Deletion
Doneatly seeks to retain personal information, connected-account information, authorization information, and other data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and reliability, satisfy legitimate operational requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Users may disconnect supported connected accounts.
Where account-deletion functionality is available, users may request deletion using the methods provided through Doneatly.
Disconnecting an account prevents future access through that authorization after the applicable credentials or authorization have been revoked or invalidated.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, financial recordkeeping, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.
23. Security
Doneatly uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the Services.
Doneatly seeks to protect account credentials, authorization credentials, connected-service tokens, personal information, and other sensitive information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Access to connected services is intended to be limited according to applicable permissions and operational requirements.
No internet-based service, cloud platform, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for protecting their Doneatly and third-party account credentials.
24. User Consent and Privacy Rights
Where required by applicable law or provider requirements, Doneatly will request appropriate authorization or consent before accessing or processing personal information or connected-account information for applicable functionality.
Depending on their jurisdiction, users may have rights concerning their personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or other controls provided by applicable law.
AN2App intends to comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements relevant to Doneatly.

25. User Content
You may be able to enter, upload, create, transmit, connect, or store information through Doneatly ("User Content").
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant AN2App the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise handle User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and operate the Services.
This permission does not transfer ownership of your User Content to AN2App.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide content to Doneatly.
26. Acceptable Use
You may not use Doneatly to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Doneatly or another person's connected account.
You may not interfere with the operation or security of the Services, distribute malicious software through the Services, misuse another person's account, or use Doneatly in a manner that violates another person's rights.
You may not attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions, security controls, usage limitations, authorization requirements, provider restrictions, or access controls.
27. Intellectual Property
Doneatly and its software, branding, designs, interfaces, logos, features, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by AN2App or its applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Doneatly for its intended purposes.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Doneatly or AN2App intellectual property to you.
28. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Doneatly when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, AN2App, connected providers, or third parties, including in response to violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security threats, unauthorized access, provider requirements, or unlawful activity.
You may stop using Doneatly at any time.
Where account-deletion functionality is provided, you may request deletion using the procedures presented in Doneatly.
Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that arose before termination.
29. Service Availability
We work to maintain reliable access to Doneatly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, internet or cloud-service interruptions, third-party failures, API changes, provider restrictions, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, or another provider may change or discontinue APIs, permissions, authentication requirements, rate limits, or other services. Such changes may affect Doneatly functionality.
30. No Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Doneatly does not provide legal, medical, accounting, tax, investment, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
Information or AI-generated material provided through Doneatly should not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
31. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doneatly and the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
AN2App does not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose.
AN2App does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated information or information obtained from third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
32. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AN2App and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use Doneatly.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
33. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AN2App from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of Doneatly, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Doneatly and its Services evolve.
When appropriate, we will update the "Last Updated" date and may provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of Doneatly after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where applicable law or a third-party provider requires additional consent for a material change involving connected-account information, Doneatly will seek that consent as required.
35. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
37. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any additional terms or notices presented for particular Doneatly features, integrations, connected services, or purchases, constitute the agreement between you and AN2App regarding your use of Doneatly.
